Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We utilize Absorb as our Learning Management System to serve both Tektronix employees and our distribution partners who sell our products, operating as two separate instances. We also now use Absorb Create to develop training courses.

Absorb is user-friendly, and our Customer Success Manager, Melissa Wu, consistently provides prompt support and assistance with any inquiries or challenges.

The support at Absorb could not be better. Not only is Absorb user friendly but our Customer Success Manager (Melissa Wu) is always there for me to answer any questions or help with issues.
