Being a part of Human Resource Department, using this software/application to automate the current manual processes. It helps to automate the overall payroll process, Talent Management process, Digital Learning process and very useful towards the digitalization of the current processes. On the other hand, provides ease to maintain the database and perform analysis through system generated reports
