Overall Satisfaction with accessiBe

We use it to help us understand how we can improve accessibility. And for some of our clients, it is important to bring another company to this process to access a certain level of quality.
  • They cover a lot of different media.
  • Really quick and easy implantation.
  • The real user testing is really great.
  • Some dynamic content is not take in charge.
  • Didn't give input of the actuel webpage.
  • Independent from the IT team.
  • Help to increase the accessibility by helping us know the guideline from specific countries.
  • Video & image caption.
  • They help us in contracts.
Media analysis was really important for us because we are an E-learning platform. Be able to feature flag it too.

We need for a client to be WCAG compliant so we implement the widget and we didn't need to change all our platforms for the requirement of a specific client. The widget can be disabled if the user didn't need it and then it's not going to add weight to the user flow.
