Overall Satisfaction with Acquia DAM (Widen)

We use it to store and organize our corporate media collections.

Pros

  • Organization of media.
  • Tagging of media.
  • Ability to download various formats/sizes.

Cons

  • Enhanced filter options for image sorting.
  • Enhanced cross-channel brand consistency.
  • Asset sharing for project collaboration.
I have not had the need to contact the support team since using Widen.

Widen is great for storing and organizing mass amounts of media for our organization. The Category and Collections features are particularly helpful when finding assets for business-unit-specific projects.
