Overall Satisfaction with Acquia DAM (Widen)

We use Acquia DAM (Widen) in our organization to manage our data and assets where we store them have a centralized place where every user can access the assets they need. Having used the Acquia DAM (Widen) apps it's really helpful to organize the metadata and assets. The problem I see with the portal app is how limited the options are and the option to export into csv files are limited.

Pros

  • Having a responsive customer support.
  • The maintenance of the apps are good.
  • Accepting the new ideas from the DAM Users.

Cons

  • Having more functions in the portals app.
  • Being able to have a smooth way to export files into .csv.
  • I hope that they can add more options of making the look and feel of the apps better.
  • The positive impact it had is when there's more storage to digitalize assets.
The support that I have experienced is amazing, especially with the customer support agents where they always have a way for me to resolve the problems that I am having with the Acquia DAM (Widen) apps and how they communicated with me. I believe they can improve more by telling us that they would be out of office.

The best scenario that I can think of is when a company needs to organize multiple thousands of assets, which needs to be digitalized and organized in a way where more people around the globe will have access. I would recommend that they should use Acquia DAM (Widen)'s array of apps that can make their workflow easier.
