Overall Satisfaction with Acquia Digital Experience Platform
We host sensitive private data for schools. It needs to be private and it needs to be reliable. The data also needs to be on Australian servers. We use their lowest tier of hosting/support to conserve spend, but the services have been provided well, as has the tech support, despite phone not being an option.

We'd used similar sites before, so I imagine our deployment timelines were a bit quicker than others might have been. We were still in pilot phase at that point, but it allowed us to transition a startup to an established business just a bit quicker.
