Overall Satisfaction with Acquia Digital Experience Platform

We have been using the Acquia platform for all our customer website projects for the last 12 years. Our projects are large, complex, busy websites for demanding customers. The platform makes our development and operating work easy. The platform is secure, and their support team is prompt and cooperative. That helps.
  • Ability to manage multiple environments well
  • The Cloud IDE, which is a recent innovation
  • Security has been great. Never had a problem thus far.
  • Acquia is very innovative with the platform. No suggestions
  • Peace of mind with the hosting and operating of our websites. Hard to put a number on this

It is a bit pricey compared to alternatives but we found it be well worth the premium. We use it for our customers and so obviously the customer needs to be agreeable to the higher cost. However, the extra cost is still a small fraction of the overall operating cost.
