Overall Satisfaction with Act-On
Pros
- The lead nurturing functionality is easy to use
- The integration with Salesforce provides additional insight into contacts for my sales team without having to login to another database.
- The visitor alerts have been extremely helpful at getting to prospects in real time.
Cons
- Creating landing pages or forms is a little clunky.
- Testing mailings has too many steps, especially when you need to go back and edit the mailing and then go through the testing procedure again.
- A more organized method of storing lists and assets.
- Increased employee efficiency.
- Sales team has more insight into prospect activity - which is positive.
- Ability to create landing pages, forms, etc. without waiting for the web developer has been tremendous and enabled sales/marketing to be more self sufficient and launch campaigns sooner.
