Overall Satisfaction with Act-On

  • The lead nurturing functionality is easy to use
  • The integration with Salesforce provides additional insight into contacts for my sales team without having to login to another database.
  • The visitor alerts have been extremely helpful at getting to prospects in real time.
  • Creating landing pages or forms is a little clunky.
  • Testing mailings has too many steps, especially when you need to go back and edit the mailing and then go through the testing procedure again.
  • A more organized method of storing lists and assets.
  • Increased employee efficiency.
  • Sales team has more insight into prospect activity - which is positive.
  • Ability to create landing pages, forms, etc. without waiting for the web developer has been tremendous and enabled sales/marketing to be more self sufficient and launch campaigns sooner.
For a small marketing team like ours, the functionality is great and the customer service is top-notch.
