Overall Satisfaction with Action1

I use Action1 mainly for patch management and Remote Control. Patching is handled SO easily and efficiently across all my devices on the schedule that I determine and is hands down the best solution I've ever used for this task. Remote Control was my initial need in finding the platform and this also works extremely well and I use it daily.

Action1 has taken many of the tasks that are time consuming and made them simple automated tasks that can be run on a schedule. I can schedule tasks to run off-hours and know that they will be done and I no longer have worry about it. As someone who does IT support for a living, it just makes my job so much simpler with less stress.
While other RMMs may only be good at one thing, Action1 is really good at everything that their does. If they don't have it in the platform yet, that's because it's not good enough for their standards. From a pricing standpoint on Patch/Software management there is no match for Action1 in the market today.

Yes

Any place that has multiple computers that need to be managed can benefit from using Action1. Currently that means Windows PC's and servers, Linux PC's and servers and devices running MacOS can be managed by Action1 and benefit from their patch management and software management tools. Mobile OS need not apply at this point.
