First, let's start off with how seamless it is to transfer over to ActiveCampaign from another email provider. This is what ultimately made me opt-in. I was worried about moving campaigns, contacts, and copy over, but it was effortless. You can have someone help you if you're not tech-savvy but truly, even a novice can make the switch.
ActiveCampaign is intuitive with a low learning curve. I like that I am able to see my contacts in an easy to view snapshot. The ability to create tags instead of creating an entirely new email list has been the real gem for me. Now, I can sort my contacts and send the appropriate email at the right time to the right person.
