Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is primarily being used by our marketing department to manage all of our marketing automation needs. We use it to segment our qualified and disqualified users, entering them to our onboarding track based on their level of qualification. We also have developed a series of automations based on a user's behavior (we are able to do this through the native integration with Salesforce to track very specific behaviors).

Cons
- A/B testing at the automation level for all plan levels.
- Better reporting interface.
- An easier way to take existing list members and add them to automation without having to tag them or create some kind of "trigger."
- Simplified overall email marketing strategy.
- Use of one platform for all marketing communications instead of relying on several different platforms.
- Integration with Salesforce has enabled us to customize our automations in many ways, giving us the opportunity to deliver highly customized messaging based on our ideal customer personas.
For the price, ActiveCampaign offers a lot of features and benefits that are in line with some of the bigger players in the space. Their customer support team is always very responsive and has been helpful in troubleshooting any issues that have come up. We also started using their "Conversations" feature, which is an added bonus if you're looking for a live chat option on your website.
