Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign for lead intake, establishing an automated rapport with our investors and engaging them further with ongoing content to build trust and familiarity. Allowing us to do all of this without replicating each time has been a huge time saver for us. We're a two-person team, so any more time spent on this side of things, as opposed to the core focus of our business would be a huge time drain.

Cons

  • Speed of the website. Improving, but room to grow.
  • Editing tags and form fields
  • Two leads went through my full automation and scheduled a call, all while my wife was in labor. Totally hands-off.
  • In two years, we've only had three unsubscribes after thousands of emails

If you have an email list or an audience to engage with, I'd highly suggest AC. We've found it to be helpful in gaining credibility and trust with our investors. By communicating with consistent, quality content, we're able to build that relationship with our database while just having to put in the effort of building out messaging once.
