Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

At my organization we use only the financials aspect of Acumatica. Mainly we needed to get to a cloud based service and also get to a product that links in with our reporting software and also to allow us to implement approval processes. While we are only a small user we very much see the benefits of the product.

  • integrates well with our other existing programs
  • Easy of Use for new users
  • More focus on small users
  • Report designer is not simple to use
  • Being able to adjust things without using VAR - the help isn't always simple to navigate
  • It allows us to lessen the workload on our IT team
  • We don't have to worry about fixing the product - we can work on improving our use
  • I feel like we are still yet to realize what can be fully done with the product
Acumatica VAR/Partner
It is not designed for our specific industry but starting to think that there can be ways to make it work on our larger scale for us.
So much better than Sage500. Sage was not investing in making the product better and was becoming irrelevant and hard to work with. Moving to the Cloud has allowed us to take the load off our IT team and allow staff to be more mobile.

We were able to put in a much better approval flow for our payables. They continually are trying to make the product better and work with many partners which includes Vena, our reporting software. We are looking to have this work more seemlessly together as it can take some time to update.
