Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

For accounting needs, AR, AP, Banking and Finance. Complicated business environment and unique accounting needs made it hard to integrate with the old software and increase data visibility. We have multiple companies under one umbrella however, they needed separation for financial reporting due to differing owners and business types are involved. We now have easy and quick access to data to make quick, informed decisions while improving productivity.

Pros

  • User friendly UI. Easy to navigate and use for entry level users
  • Stays on top of business trends, enabling consistent improvement with upgrades. As a need arises, Acumatica is not far behind with a solution.
  • A large community that shares information and solutions.

Cons

  • Merging of vendors/customers. Importing vendors from one tenant to another.
  • Able to scale to match complexity of accounting due to business changes
  • Automation needs reduced staff
  • More extensive and cross module reporting for better oversight by management, partners, owners
  • Create solutions to minimize multiple system use
