Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I use Acumatica in our accounting department in all aspects. The business problems encountered is the need of customizations due to the complexity of the business, as well as the features that is not available yet. I am one of the administrators of the product and also does the reporting, dashboards, and accounts payable.

It is well suited for accounting, manufacturing, construction, distribution, and retail. Since its open source, customizations are easily implemented and the community are very supportive in finding solutions. The scenarios thats is not suited is are mostly allocations but it’s related to my company due to complex services we have,
