Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
I use Acumatica in our accounting department in all aspects. The business problems encountered is the need of customizations due to the complexity of the business, as well as the features that is not available yet. I am one of the administrators of the product and also does the reporting, dashboards, and accounts payable.

I haven’t experienced the capability as the feature is still getting improve and updated. We will get it this year. But so far, I am using copilot and using Acumatica data to make business decisions faster and backed with data. So far, text recognition and gl anomaly did help our business to operate accurately and faster.

It is easy to train staff and explain data. Very user friendly and able to create reports that cater the needs of external vendors and clients, as well as internal staff. Automation made payments faster and accurate without any delays.
I use it for finance and reporting. It meets my needs to do my projects and processes
