Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
Acumatica assists our company in streamlining various organizational processes ranging from quality reporting, notifications triggering from certain business events to ensure the appropriate outputs are achieved, as well as dashboard and other report creations that ensure we meet our goals in each area of the company.
- Generic Inquiry creation and customization
- Flexibility in pivoting to meet business needs
- Report creation and ability to pull desired data
- Better resources for large-scale manufacturers (lot/serial control, large sales orders, etc.)
- Diverse dashboard widgets and reporting capabilities
- Update Acumatica Report designer plug in to be more intuitive and customizable
- Acumatica has allowed us to digitize our manual processes to streamline and save time in many departments of the company
- Data is more accessible and allows us to capture items like labor collection, and quality information that we could not track digitally prior
- Acumatica has helped tie different aspects of our organization together to aggregate overall company goals and metrics more clearly

I believe there are improvements to be made in the manufacturing space. Many capabilities of the system are best enhanced by plug ins rather than the software itself. Though Acumatica has good foundational elements for basic processes, we have found challenges as we grow, having Acumatica keep up with our business demands.
The other softwares are more integrated than Acumatica and inherently have more capabilities without the requirement of additional plug-ins.
