Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
This allows a quicker pace and more accurate review of AR and AP entries. I am able to track my teammates entries and quickly make changes if GL are coded inaccurately. It also allows for an ease of use between multiple brands and tenants. Seamless movement and durability makes for a great user experience. We use it for managing project costs, integrating into our additional ERP Soho system, so we use it to track job costs, use it to track our fixed assets. All sorts of our finance modules come out of there. We use it to keep our day-to-day finances in order and to know when things are going on and to make sure that everything's running seamlessly.

- The project module and the construction, it allows us to see the balances real time, so every time an invoice is entered or entered incorrectly, we're able to find it. We're also able to compare that to the budget revenue on each project and know when we're crossing lines and hoping we need to reevaluate our costs.
Cons
- Customer refunds via check. The ability to refund customers out of the receivables module is a really big one that we're looking for right now. We have to create a vendor for a customer refund and go into a completely different module, which is a little bit of a pain, doable, but definitely something we want to look at getting improved.
- Customer statements including all open invoices copies
- An easier way to lookup past payments made to vendors

- We are able to view all projects information in one place compared to original estimates budget
- It's definitely reduced the amount of time that I've spent looking at our data and being able to collect it for our corporate and being able to give the information for month end and things like that.

We are able to provide a fully details statement and invoice. This gives them correct information and shows how detailed their project is. They are able to see this at any time they request. It's been able to give our customers the ability to pay online, so integrating Acumatica Payments has been a huge help for our customers who don't want to call into the office with their credit card, they're able to pay via a CH and just remit payment a lot quicker than they used to.
It helps with job costing and making sure that we are analyzing every single item that is entered into the ledger towards a project. We are making sure that we are constantly seeing a positive gp and when we do not we are able to pin point the direct cause. We use it to manage our balances and things like that for each specific project. It also just gives us more of a visibility of what's going on from branches and then just streamlining down to specific finance categories to see where we're spending and where we need to reallocate funds to.
