Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

CRM functionality, distribution and financial reporting. Prior to Acumatica we utilized 4 separate systems to achieve all that Acumatica accomplishes. Transparency across the organization has been beneficial as we utilize the cloud version. Consolidated financial reporting has been extremely helpful. We have integrated several third-party vendors that have helped automate several functions without hiring additional manpower.

Ease of operation has really helped our internal users. Scalability has allowed our different departments increase the amount of features available to enhance the overall experience. CRM module has allowed our team to keep better records for potential sales and follow ups. Notification automation has allowed users to be notified of many different things.
We utilize Acumatica in the wholesale distribution space. We utilize the CRM system to keep track of all potential sales opportunities, tracking them from beginning to finish. We have been able to keep better inventory records offering our customers better inventory reporting and availability. Cash collections and receivables have been helpful collecting cash from invoices.
Acumatica by far is much friendlier and robust platform for conducting business effectively and efficiently. Acumatica was built on the cloud platform and know how it was meant to be. Acumatica allows extreme customization of processes and functionality that is scalable to our organization's needs. Customer service has been the best I have experienced in the ERP industry.

Support throughout implementation and during full daily use has been tremendous. The CRM system has been extremely useful to keep track of potential successful sales during the sale cycle process. Finance management has been extremely easy, and the GL functionality is the best. Acumatica has several great third party partners that have been extremely helpful as well.
