Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
Working in Logistics and utilizing Acumatica by tracking forecasted orders at the Opportunity when we receive the purchase order from our customers and process them as a sales order when our customers are ready for shipment and schedule our truckload shipments. We have finally found a TMS solution to use with Acumatica, with Ratelinx.
- Communication using the CRM to our customers
- Automatically send invoices to our customers
- Link the sales order and shipment together
- Gaving the CRM relate with the ERP without having a customization
- Better view of the incoming emails that we utilize in the CRM instead of having multiple emails you have to search through in the opportunity
- We have been able to save time on manually sending out our invoices
- We have saved a lot of time on our freight approval process
4-6 months
Being able to see all communication to our customers and how our team can see all the communication if anyone is on vacation or not in the office. The ease of being able to view our customer's purchase orders and ensure that all the data is entered correctly. Ease with communicating with our warehouses as well.
We are a manufacturer of fulvic and humates that are added into the soil for our customers which results in higher yield of crops. Acumatica is used to allow our warehouses to easily manage their inventory. We also utilize it with our accounting side of things. I specifically use Acumatica with the CRM tool.
We selected Acumatica as that was what our company decided to use. The cost is significantly less than SAP or other ERP's that industries use. We like how we have the CRM tool to use within Acumatica.
