Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
It has flexibility and adaptability as our business has been growing and the demands to digitalise all departments within the organisation. For example, our organisation structure consists of multiple entities and agencies similar to franchisee so being able to either create multiple tenants or multiple companies and branches within the tenant really helps for consolidated and intercompany reporting.

We use it for professional services, managing projects, case management for ticketing and helpdesk support and manage all our projects in the system. The other advantage is now expanding to other professional services verticals like labour hire in other jurisdictions and a marketing agency so being able to conveniently create or replicate other entities or companies within the entity is useful.
It seems to be more modern and uses the latest technology.
