Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use finance, construction, manufacturing, & CRM. We are able to connect the various segments of our company on one platform. Previously, we were segments in spreadsheets, a light ERP software, and an onsite file server.

We have better project visibility and search-ability for our project managers and accounting team.
We use it to track our projects through design, manufacturing & construction and it allows us to connect the data points in an efficient way.

We find that it is well suited for our business that is cross-industry. I see it beneficial for outside solutions to be integrated with the main platform. There are some limitations on the graphical representations on the dashboard widgets and it seems like this is an area where you need to have a BI tool.
