Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica for all of our CRM, Sales, Project Accounting, Help Desk and Service Management. Having everything in one database is extremely efficient. We don't need to go back and forth to track an issue down or to complete the job. Data just flows from one module to another. Acumatca allows us to be able to process our information faster.

Acumatica has helped us better serve our customers. Our quote to cash takes less time and less rekeying redundant information. The customers like the invoice having a click to pay. We are able to track projects better allowing us to deliver a better product to the customer.
We use Acumatica to track all marketing and opportunities. Then convert those opportunities to a Sales Order and AR customer, so no rekeying. We also use Acumatica to track all of our support cases and turn those support cases into invoices.
Acumatica is a far superior product to any other ERP that we researched. The feature set and support and much better. Built in the cloud, no more disparate systems.
