Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
As Customer Success Manager, I use Acumatica for CRM and opportunity entry and tracking. I am able to quickly enter information, quickly find existing information and use GIs to search for information needed.

I like that CRM has all the information I need right in front of me when talking to customers. I can see cases logged and that makes me look like a genius in front of my customer.
We are a consulting and services provider and we are able to use Acumatica for all of our customer facing activities and work efficiently in the process.
Acumatica is following industry standards and staying up to date with upgrades and necessary functionality.
