As Customer Success Manager, I use Acumatica for CRM and opportunity entry and tracking. I am able to quickly enter information, quickly find existing information and use GIs to search for information needed.

I like that CRM has all the information I need right in front of me when talking to customers. I can see cases logged and that makes me look like a genius in front of my customer.
