Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We replaced an outdated ERP system in the manufacturing industry with Acumatica. Our biggest problem was visibility of basic day-to-day for our users, particularly for daily troubleshooting for our customers.

Pros

  • Acumatica is very intuitive for our users, it's easy to pick up and speeds up the onboarding process.
  • Dashboards and data is easily visible inside the system, allowing users to see what they need to see, quickly.
  • The integrations with other solutions helps us reduce time spent on admin tasks.

Cons

  • We would consider fixed assets to be basic functionality, but it is an additional add-on in Acumatica.
  • I'd like to see a better balance between releases and having to purchase Acumatica Flex, even a simple implementation requires Flex.
  • Reduced time spent on admin has allows our users to focus on growth activities
  • We have removed many user errors by moving to this intuitive system, saving unexpected costs.
Our customer-facing users now have all the information they need to serve our customers at their fingertips.
It has been a great and simple system for our plastic injection molding business.

We chose Acumatica for its intercompany functionality and great usability. It simplifies the admin and allows our users to focus on value-added activities. I don't Acumatica would be so well suited to a smaller business with a large number of transactions.
