We use Acumatica for our construction management and finance software. The business problems it solves are our understanding of the actual financial truth within the organization.

It has not helped quite yet on a customer basis, but I look forward to working with the CRM module.
it can get better in terms of the construction management industry for running projects, but overall it does a lot of the things we need.
