Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica as the hub for pretty much all of our business. It has transformed how we schedule field service employees and track our customers' special orders from quote to Order to PO to job completion. The basic financials work great. The granularity of the system allows easy customization, integration and a foundation for the future of AI.

Acumatica managers custom orders as well as any software we have used. Most garage doors are custom-ordered from the manufacturer, and many are manufactured just for that job. We have a built-in process that links the order to a PO and tracks each item serially through that link. Our prior system had us enter a new inventory item for each special order.
