Milestone Construction Review.
Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We recently went live with Acumatica to find a new ERP that was great for the construction industry and integrated with Procore. It will solve our need for a more efficient and effective way to handle accounting in the construction industry. It will do so by also giving us more detailed reporting and customization.
Pros
- Acumatica reporting seems to offer more detail than any of our previous softwares.
- Acumatica offers a new level of customization for various roles in our organization.
- Acumatica does a fantastic job at being much more user-friendly than other ERPs that I have experience with.
Cons
- I would like to see Acumatica offer the ability to split incoming documents into multiple jobs.
- We wish that Acumatica had more ease of customization. While it is fully customizable, I want it to be easier to navigate and customize without taking extensive measures to figure out how to customize it.
- Acumatica has already offered us more possibility than our previous ERP.
- Acumatica has offered a great opportunity to connect with Procore.
- Acumatica has made our receivables much easier and more efficient in the month we have been on the platform.
1-3 months
Acumatica has made our customers much happier. We switched to Procore and Acumatica when our customers called for us to improve. They have loved that we "upgraded" our system to a more professional level.
Acumatica meets our needs by offering a great connection and relationship with Procore. Acumatica connects with several other software applications that create a more efficient ecosystem for our company. None of this would be possible without Acumatica's crucial role in our new software environment.
Acumatica is superior in its offering to construction accounting. It is easier to use and offers more extensive reporting and customizations.
