Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We are a small manufacturing company that makes motors. We have used it to align business processes between our two locations. We use MRP to manage our purchases and manufacturing needs.

Pros

  • Manage inventory
  • Manage purchase requirements
  • Approve tasks

Cons

  • Update single items in MRP
  • Have utilities to change Planned orders to released
  • ECO changes are problematic

Internal customers are able to have a better view of requirements
I don't think there's anything specific to our business. It allows us to manage our small business processes effectively.

I think it does a great job on the managing all aspects of manufacturing. I struggle when work orders are completed and I need to fix incorrect transactions. I'd like to be able to reopen with special permissions.
