Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We converted from three systems to Acumatica less than a year ago. We use Acumatica to handle all ERP, CRM, Support, and Engineering PLM for our company. The three systems had different item numbers for the same item, which was very confusing. Everything is integrated now, so we are much more efficient.

Pros

  • MRP functions
  • CRM
  • Exporting data to our BI system

Cons

  • The PLM functions for Engineering are very limited
  • Getting answers from support more quickly
  • The quote to Order process has increased our efficiency in sales and customer service. This has been a big boost compared to what we had.
1-3 months
Integrations with Adobe Sign has been huge. Our customers are football coaches and they are not in the office that often. They are on the field practicing. They can now just click to sign on order authorizations.
Our industry is not that specific when it comes to ERP systems.
