Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica for all aspects of our business from Accounting to Sales to Retail to Purchasing, Inventory and Receiving. We have integrated it with our websites as well.
Pros
- Ability to feed data to Excel in usable formats
- Access over multiple platforms - mobile, PC's, Mac's, etc.
- Ability to develop significant customization of reports
- Access from anywhere, anytime
Cons
- Too many "clicks" to do most functions such as creating sales orders
- Not enough basic reports
- Somewhat slow screen response, even with high speed fiber
- Combine Stock Items and Non-Stock items into one table including kits, with inventory data
- Easier access to data via Excel
- Better control over inventory
- More complex Sales Order creation since you can't easily add Stock and Non-Stock Items and Kits and view inventory for each

Given us a platform on which we can build in the future. Easier for customers and dealers to make payments and view their own invoices.
We do retail, distribution, importing, and manufacturing - it helps us with most areas although we kind of fall outside of the needs for having such a diverse business in a small company.
