Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We just started using the construction module and this is helping us keep better track of our costs and profit margins for all of our projects. We can now look at a project from the home screen to see if there is a problem that needs to be addressed.

Pros

  • Dashboards
  • Side panels - accurate up to date info

Cons

  • Customer refunds - communicating between AR and AP
  • Multi PM projects
  • Once our Construction module is running AIA billing will be much easier for our AR department
4-6 months
We are able to drill into a customer's profile and really see what they owe or when things are paid. Also whether or not we need to put someone on hold.
We have a lot of customization's to fit with our needs. Acumatica is relatively easy to customize.
The interface between the two are vastly different. Acumatica is so much more user friendly.
