Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We are still in the implementation phase and see the many benefits ahead. One integrated system for both our manufacturing & construction businesses is our #1 goal. We have a spreadsheet based environment today that again one system will bring one view of data and business efficiency. One pane of glass for all company financials reducing today's manual efforts

Pros

  • More built in functionality for WMS, shipping, etc to use less ISVs

We have begun the implementation process and through discovery and a POC, we see so much value. We are adjusting our business processes due to this project and look at better future changes. Acumatica meets both our construction and manufacturing base needs as we are learning during this first phase. We will need to integrate and look at other ISVs over time
We looked at around 10 ERP platforms initially before rounds on down selecting. We had a need for a solution that could address specific needs we have in both the construction & manufacturing areas of our business. We have short term needs and Acumatica seemed to have an approach that would work for our company to simplify processes greatly

Acumatica is well suited in the manufacturing areas with a robust out of the box experience. It seems to also have a robust experience with the project construction module, but we are still testing. The need to fully connect projects and manufacturing WIP is a must. A seamless integration on finished asset information into the service module
