Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica to manage inventory, maintain customer records and relationships, financials, the sales and procurement process and manufacturing. Acumatica solves our companies need for being able to configure items on our sales with a wide variety of options on our manufactured goods. We also are planning to use Acumatica to streamline our purchasing process using bills of materials.

Cons

  • Ease of use in product configurator maintainance
  • Allowed us to have a better knowledge of inventory

It has given us a better quoting process with being able to utilize the configurator rather than paper sheets.
We use Acumatica to track our production orders through the assembly line and maintain information and boms of our products.
I don't have experience with comparable products.

Someone looking for a system where all their info will reside which has good pricing for small and medium sized business, especially if they are manufacturing focused.
