Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I'm a CTO consultant for a medium-sized manufacturing company in the Philippines (I.e., Pioneer Adhesives). I've recommended using Acumatica in 2021 as the ERP of choice for the company.

Pros

  • Ease of use.
  • Unli users for multiple companies.
  • APIs for external systems.

Cons

  • CRM - could not handle B to C.
  • MRP - don't know if it can really handle/scale for manufacturing.
  • Business intelligence - could not keep up with Power BI (still needs an external tool).
  • We still have to realize first the ROI as we have not fully maximized the product.
  • The manufacturing/supply chain - we are redoing/enhancing, so we have not yet realized its ROI.
Other
On a scale of 1 to 10, it's still in 6-7. we have yet to realize its true value.
it is our ERP solution from Financials and operations to Manufacturing & Supply Chain mgmt.
In my opinion, Acumatica has limited BI/Dashboard.
