Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for billing, project management, and AP. Biggest issue is understanding how to build reporting

  • not so complex assigning roles
  • better reporting
  • implementation
1-3 months
being able to do recurring billing is much better than what we were using prior.
we work in construction and the project manager side is easy to use.

We have a Acu rep, but because there's so many questions we have and one of him I feel there's a struggle
