Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for Service, Distribution, and Manufacturing.

Pros

  • Listens to their community.
  • Makes the system user-friendly and intuitive.
  • Stays ahead of changes in the SMB world.

Cons

  • A more robust WMS offering and a few more next-level functions would make it a great out-of-the-box solution.
  • Kitting - I know this is in the works.
  • Acumatica has allowed us to review our business procedures and re-evaluate standards.

We have been able to automate many manual tasks and continue to find ways to take unnecessary steps out of the work and let the system work for us.
It is great to have 1 ERP that works for the varying facets of our business.
Acumatica is the right solution for our business's size and the service, manufacturing, and distribution channels.
