Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We started fleshing out Acumatica with our AP department - we were eager to move away from paper documents and records. Acumatica's Payables module has allowed us to streamline and make more efficient our task times.

Pros

  • Acumatica works fantastic for creating and referring to a single record of truth.
  • We love the step-by-step process in Acumatica and that we can allow or limit permissions for each step to each role.

Cons

  • We'd love to see payroll built out to accommodate different policies and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Access to a single product for all departments of our company is irrefutably ten steps forward - everyone's been excited about leaving the reams of invoices and docs in the past.
12+ months
Allowing interdepartmental transparency with where we stand with AP or AR has been a great help in making our all-hands and updates more efficient.
We use Acumatica for purchasing and receiving in the construction industry; we're stepping into building out our field services and service management in the coming year.

We struggled with Acumatica's payroll - not every employee needed to create a vendor profile, nor were the timekeeping record options suitable for our city/state labor laws.
