Construction Module User

We use the core accounting functions and the construction module for our job costing/project tracking. Acumatica allows us to streamline our processes, track our monthly work in process revenue, correctly code our project costs using job codes, account groups, and cost codes to enhance our job cost reporting, and facilitates our financial statement creation and management reporting.

Billing through the construction module has enhanced AR, cash forecasting, backlog and project tracking for our organization. Using Acumatica with Velixo and generic inquiries has given us amazing opportunities to give management timely reporting and more visibility into every aspect of our business. We are still developing the tools to enhance our Acumatica experience.

We use Acumatica for our construction business, and we love that using the Construction module gives us the ability to generate regular pro forma invoices as well as industry specific AIA billing. Project managers were managing their own billing and documents, but Acumatica has brought document control, improved workflow processes, and improved project profitability visibility to our organization.
