Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I use Acumatica to document and maintain orders. I also use it to keep track of repairs and cases from field issues. We break down the data to better understand where we can make improvements.

Pros

  • Love the filters.
  • Easily able to maintain orders
  • I love how easily I can edit and create GIs

Cons

  • I like what is coming and look forward to AI integrations in the future. Most issues I have are from needing to learn more about how I use the system
  • Massive improvements, tracking cost has improved as well.
