General Business

Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for all of our transactions. We sell products in retail stores, we are a general construction contractor, and we use the system to track other companies as well.

Pros

  • The ability to create custom reports
  • Covering a wide variety of different business models / situations

Cons

  • Although Acumatica covers a broad range of business situations, if your business doesn't fall totally into one edition (like construction but also retail) the system needs more configuration and or modules
  • We've never calculated ROI for our Acumatica investment. It's the best ERP software we've ever used and it was more reasonably priced than other options we looked at

Better custom reports has enabled us to quickly get the information we need to be able to make informed decisions.
Acumatica does a good job of accounting for project costs and we were able to configure it to suit our specific needs during implementation.

Acumatica does the best out of all ERP software I've ever used about report creation and data retrieval. Generic Inquiries are amazing at being able to look at your data in different and novel ways.
