Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We currently use Acumatica to process and manage orders we received from larger retailers across the world. Acumatica helps us reconcile multiple orders against over all commitments

  • Improved success management on implementation
  • Acumatica has had a minimal ROI but that is also due to our own issues with implementation
  • We are planning to improve our implementation and usage which should increase our ROI

reconciling smaller individual orders against large commitments to global retailers
We do a poor job of using Acumatica today. We are working to better implement and increase our usage in the coming 6 months. We really like what we see in terms of innovation coming from Acumatica.
Customization an innovation seems to be significantly better under Acumatica.

Acumatica seems to be very useful from a customization aspect. We are currently integrating across multiple businesses and it seems to be able to provide solutions against all of the individual needs
