We use Acumatica for financial reporting and inventory management. Non profit organization. Financials, budgets, 990 mgmt, etc.

- amending grant budgets is difficult
- grant budgets for multi year grants that cross years budget entry is complicated
- some inventory mgmt issues over multiple locations
- We were able to work in one system with customizations we needed in inventory and add all our grants in the same system
- Direct mail invoices was moved to an automated PO system saving time and allowing better financial tracking
- The grant module can be cumbersome requiring flip flopping to program partners etc during set up

Better financials reporting and grant reporting helps us better understand what our communities need allowing for better grant applications. Quicker organizational budget process and reporting is allowing programs to understand where they are at by period. Allowing for better communication between administration/finance and programs
We use Acumatica for invoice payment entry and processing, expense claims, financial entry, inventory receipt PO SO, 990 reporting, financial reports, budgets for both organization and grants, etc. Acumatica is well suited for non profits that do both LTS and emergency assistance.
We moved from MAS 90/Sage to Acumatica to increase our reporting possibilities and do less work outside of the system to increase efficiency and reporting.
