Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

In our organization, We use Acumatica to run our business. From tracking sales opportunities to invoicing. The generic inquiries and dashboards allow end users to see where issues are that need to be addressed and they can follow up with their team members.

Pros

  • End to end order processing
  • In-product reporting
  • Out of the box reporting

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in Acumatica with Service orders
  • I think there is room for improvement in Acumatica with Lot/serial number tracking throughout the process
  • I think there is room for improvement in Acumatica with Rebate tracking

For me, being able to create generic inquiries quickly to meet business users needs.
