Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We track customers in Acumatica including invoices and inventory. We use this system to keep track of our customers, their contact information, the inventory they may have and customer billing. In our system we have clients who can be a customer of a client as well.

Pros

  • Ability to have multi tiered layers of association
  • Invoicing
  • Emailing

Cons

  • Nice to have, easily view the BAccountID on the patient
  • Make it easier to hook in Webhooks
  • Make it easier to customize code
  • We've been able to facilitate auto-charging on our invoices so that helped out

we're in storage industry and it's helped us to keep track of our inventory, clients and billing

Well suited to manufacturing, or really any industry that doesn't have a 1-1 relationship between customers, inventory, etc. It works well for us.
