Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
I use Acumatica for shipping and receiving, Inventory management, batch making and process. Before Acumatica everything was on paper and pin. Now with Acumatica its faster and all digital.
Pros
- Acumatica is able to track lot number
- Makes shipping faster
- Receiving is same day and in real time.
Cons
- Fixing incorrect lot numbers
- Having to re approve a Purchase order that was approved already
- improved time
- improved value
- more flexibility
It has freed me up to help with other things to do during the day and not be stuck on just receiving and shipping. Also I'm able to process orders quicker and not have to wait for them to be enter thru multiple softwares. Lot numbers are being tracked in real time and not just on paper.
I use Acumatica to receive produce and raw ingredients. It helps to keep everything compliant for SQF and FDA requirements. It meets all our needs and we have everything in one system and not multiple. Also we don't have to look in multiple places around warehouse for inventory as we have it all in the same spot.
Acumatica is way better that GP as we have more options. Also very easy to use and understand. We can keep track of lots. Also it speeds up shipping and receiving. Another thing is we can process batches quicker and not wait days or weeks for inventory to show up in system.
