Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Petroleum service contractor to manage projects and billing. To capture time and parts and expenses to properly perform the scope of work. To provide the customer will real time updates and progress reports. To properly place revenue and costs in the correct buckets and departments. To easily see the profit margin on each project

we have not used any features of AI as the version we are on, just not allow for it.
It has allowed us the capability of seeing real time profit margins. This allows us to better schedule cruise, better plan out inventory usage, and better bid out jobs based on factors that come to be to make our jobs more profitable but also limit the timeframe. The site is down to perform the specific scope of work.
We use Acumatica to manage projects and build out accordingly. It has given us insight to see real time profit margins to see where we are lacking in either the bid process or the assigned cruise. Possibility of may be the wrong skill sets being used or are there other factors such as weather or inventory delays

Changing systems was flawless and provides details we didn’t have access to before. Seeing where we had room for improvement and process change is very enlightening. Allows for better scheduling, time management and inventory control. Seeing real time profit as the project hits the different stages. Allowing each department to receive the credit due.
