Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We are able to easily put all our departments on the same platform. Allowing us to keep all information in one place. It helps us track our expenses via projects, service orders and appointments. To be able to easily view all the needed revenue and expenses for each department has been game changing for our business. Not only are we able to keep each department we are also to dictate which branch the expenses and revenues go to via the projects. Allowing us to see how we are able to be more profitable and where. It has helped us in many different ways.

We have not used any AI features yet. We are excited to see what AI can bring to us in Acumatica. We are hoping it will give more information to us at a faster pace. AI will be useful to the majority of our company. We are excited to see what we can use it for.

We are able to faster serve our customers, be it product sales or a massive construction job. We are able to easily view what our technicians have completed on projects and then to be able to relay that information to our customers without having to rely on the tech in that moment to give us the information.
We use projects to track our different departments in distribution, service, construction, electric and compliance. We are able to track all cost and expenses that are coming in and see how well we are doing on our budget to keep up with the bided project that is to be completed.
Acumatica helps us keep everything together instead of having to have additional add ons to work with our different departments. Being able to house everything within one program has been a game changer for us. Project have helped us with every aspect of our business for the better of the company.

It is well suited for different departments and different branches. It helps easily track cost among projects that are being completed. Companies that are selling products or doing services can easily fix many problems for all different companies in every different field. Acumatica has been great since we transitioned.
