Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

The organization I work for is an ad agency that deals with barter. We had to tweak Acumatica to provide us with the correct tools to properly record and view financial data. Acumatica has made this very easy. Data is imported through excel, synced to excel for reporting necessities, whilst also allowing a ton of customization within the system to filter data.

We have not tapped into the AI part of Acumatica.
We are able to provide invoices at a rapid pace, and these invoices are detailed as well.
We use Acumatica to report the financial data, we were able to add agencies and trade deals into the system.

I recently built a custom generic inquiry that provides all data relating to a specific project task. Based off of this generic inquiry, I have created pivots to show what has not been billed and what has been billed whilst also showing all accruals. Building this took me about 10 minutes, no code made it swift and fast.
