Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica to manage our daily accounting tasks such as AR, invoicing, collections, payments, reconciliations, journal entries, amortization, and refunds. It serves as the primary system for overseeing our accounting operations.
Pros

We have not yet fully utilized Acumatica’s AI features. We will be upgrading in the near future and I'm really looking forward to trying out the newest AI features, especially involving AP and bank reconciliations. I hope it can minimize some of the current manual processes that I do on a regular basis and increase process efficiency.
