Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
I use Acumatica to do month-end close procedures. I do bank recs, track, and record revenues. Post to the general ledger and make adjustments to transactions when necessary. I’m in accounting. In the past, I was using it heavily for billing customers and recording payments. I also used it for ap.
Pros
- Clean data. Doesn’t allow subsidiary mis matches.
- Clean data. Allows restrictions to who can post to the GL.

We haven’t used AI in Acma yet.
It helped me better. Allows me to see the data more clearly so I can understand where we could improve our practices. Also, it gives me clarity on which products sell best and which are not selling well, so we can adjust our inventory accordingly.
-3 is telecommunications with a strong emphasis on construction. We have more than four subsidiaries under the main company, and so it’s pretty complex. ACMA has done a great job, though there could be improvements to the inner bank transfers in the reconciliation process.
Aquatica can naturally do more for us; next week would have required many customizations that would constantly break and cause issues.
